## What is Tetra?

### Tetra is a global grid of humans sharing value through **offers**. 

## How do offers work?

You set up an offer, and Tetra helps you monetize it. 

An offer has: 

* A description of what is takes to complete
* Acceptance criteria 
* A cost, or a payment in RA or USDC

### Attention Token (RA)

* Users earn and spend attention tokens (RA ) to facilitate offers and boost visibility of content and connections
* Daily token distributions, amount by user's level
* Local variants of RA tokens provide 2-4 times the influence
* TETRA tokens can be staked for permanent platform benefits, like max claimable RA

2. **Full Citizens** (Level 4-6) earn 12-48 RA daily
   * Social verification complete
   * Governance participation
   * Can be Regents 
3. **Regents** (Elected) Earns by completing regional roles
   * Propose House Rules and Procedures
   * Take a regional Role
4. **Chiefs** (Elected) Earns a % of local economy
   * Highest governance role
   * Rule ratification powers
   * Regional leadership duties

### Economic Model

Tetra's economy is built on two main tokens:

#### TETRA Token

* Stakeable for permanent benefits
  * Claim more than one day's worth of RA 
  * Crystal access to Baron or Stewardship
  * Activate a region + become a founding Chief

#### RA Token

* Daily-distributed attention currency that controls Discovery charts
* Used for content promotion, incentivizing and completing offers
* Regional variants for local influence (USARA)
