📃Tetra Legal Structure

Tetra is a non-profit organization 501(c)(3)

Tetra Grids, our official name (with a DBA as Tetra) is registered in Maryland, United States. Tetra Grids went through the process of registering as a non-profit to house all open-source tools and software of the project, but was denied. Tetra will no longer pursue or operate in the USA in any respect.

All crypto elements of the project, and any tokens or other elements that exist on-chain will be owned by a Belize IBC. This means that TETRA will not be able to operate in Belize, but will be able to operate in most other jurisdictions, including those that would have been limited by a US legal structure.
