🪴 Introduction

Projects connect citizens with fellow citizens that provide, service or work towards just about any thing, need or desite.

Tetra serves funds in RA and local tokens. Citizens who listed the project review the deliverable of the project at the end of a cycle.

Projects allow funds to flow in a transparent way, and supporters to know what they are getting. Tetra encourages citizens to take an active role in the projects they care about, by getting involved, or simply staying aware.

🌳 Planting Project Trees

Project consists of one or more 🌿 branch [Branch = Project within project]

Each branch has 🍒 fruits every three months [Fruits = Deliverables]

Each branch has 🍁 leaves that receive funds and produce fruit [Leaves = People]

Project trees are Branches holding Leaves (people) that produce Fruit (deliverables)

In this way, a project is defined by it's people and what they do.

Projects in Depth

A project is a tree-like organization of people working towards a common desire.

It creates something, transforms something, and uses tools and collaborator's time to hit deliverables and milestones

This tree fits into a system that provides continual funding, as long as at least one person "lists" their project and reviews the deliverables.

Goals + reporting metrics of the deliverable are set by the project.

Projects split up the funds received automatically without splitting 0-precision RA. You can set human accounts or smart contracts to handle those funds.

Each project has:

• A public tree of the accounts receiving funds, with:

  • Branch that receive funds 🌿

  • Leaves are the people who work on the branch to produce fruit 🍌🍎🫐

• Open positions anyone can apply

• Quarterly deliverables promised by the project

  • Must include independently-verifiable metrics

• A publishing system for updates

• A feedback system where all endorsers must review the work of the project quarterly

Differences in Project Types

🏘 Community Project

For one local area. Provide goods or services to all, regardless if citizen is supporting.

🧑‍🎨 Merchant Project

Can be local, regional or global. Provides artistic creations, downloads, exclusive access, goods or services to supporters.

Accounts

Accounts are simple wallets or smart contracts that distribute funds automatically according to the project tree, such as a project account

RA Token distribution + Utility

• RA (Raising Awareness, Regional Attention, ⨻) distributed daily to the local projects citizens want to support.

• Global, National & State levels each have their own token with exclusive utility to influence the Top Charts there.

• For Creative projects they enjoy, including self-projects (144⨻)

• For Social projects to improve their community (144⨻)

• For Elective projects they receive a benefit from (144⨻)

RA is one vote daily local competitions for the local categories. RA is indivisible (no decimals)

Can a project have just one branch?

Sure. It only takes one person with one deliverable per season. Project trees can have up to 144 branches.
